Sustainability and luxury in debate

Last week, more precisely between 20 and 21, the Prada Group hosted in Milan the Shaping conference for Creative Future, organized in partnership with the Yale School of Management and Politecnico di Milano School of Management.

The event was an opportunity to explore new connections between sustainability and innovation, as well as stimulate dialogue among the main international personalities of academia, creativity and business.

The stage of the first day of the event was the Fondazione Prada, with the Parallel Thinking Groups activity in which the groups developed critical points of view, which opened the second day’s discussions.

The next day, at PRADA Group headquarters, speakers and guests debated on the themes: brand equity and market value, design for sustainability through innovation and tradition, sustainability and value creation, and driving creative excellence.

In addition, the winning video of the student contest organized by MIP Politecnico di Milano was presented, and at the beginning of the afternoon work session the ideas of a group of 64 students from the University of Hertfordshire were presented on the theme of retail.
