Restaurante Pérgula promotes “romantic experience” on Valentine’s Day

Restaurante Pérgula, located in Belmond Copacabana Palace, will celebrate Valentine’s Day with a menu created especially for the occasion, which will be served only for dinner on June 12. The romantic experience begins on arrival at the restaurant when couples will be surprised by a special decoration and welcomed with a welcome glass of Chandon Rosé.

The four-stroke menu begins with a delicious focaccia of natural fermentation with cherry tomatoes, onion and grana padano cheese. Then, crayfish with asparagus on the fire, froth of saffron and nori. Among the main dishes, then the rosette, beetroot stuffed with goat’s cheese to the herb sauce, and the lamb on the grill with shitake and foie gras maçaricado. To close with golden key, strawberry stuffed with strawberry cream and white chocolate mousse, served with chocolate.

During June, couples opting for the hotel’s Valentine’s Day package will be presented with an exclusive work by the Peruvian artist Fito Espinosa, which has held individual exhibitions held in Peru and around the world for more than 20 years.
