The taste far beyond the borders

Enchanting the eyes, instilling the palate, caressing the ears and providing good meetings are some of the purposes of the Confraternity of Itapema Wine, an event that is in its ninth season in Florianópolis and continues as one of the favorites among lovers of high gastronomy. And for the third meeting of the season, confirmed for next August 31, were selected four labels that cross the borders. They are: Paul Mas Gewurztraminer 2015 (France), Kriter Rosé (France), Black Label Cabernet – Cabernet 2014 (Argentina) and Alambre Moscatel de Setubal 2010 (Portugal).

The choice was carefully thought out to harmonize with the menu created by Chef Renato Stumpf that presents as a highlight a low temperature lamb’s palette served with chickpeas, garlic and red wine sauce and tilapia with brioche crust, tomato compote Cherry, soubise sauce and arugula pesto.

To color the atmosphere, an unpublished work by the plastic artist Luciano Martins will be drawn during the event. Another point that undoubtedly impacts on the astral and at the same time intimate atmosphere is the soundtrack, which is in the care of radio Itapema and resident DJ Thon Sorieden. As traditionally, the scene of the event is Alameda Casa Rosa and tickets can be purchased through the Blueticket website and also in the sponsors.
