Hotel De Russi inaugurates suite inspired by the “eternal city”

Hotel De Russie, one of the most luxurious address in Rome, recently opened its newest suite: Valadier. The space pays homage to the famous Italian architect Giuseppe Valadire, an eclectic 19th century Italian designer who was responsible for planning the hotel’s internal courtyard.

The interior design was led by Olga Polizzi, design director of Rocco Forte Hotels, who mixed the contemporary with classic elements of Rome. With 77 square meters of space and floor-to-ceiling windows, the suite features three French balconies overlooking the hotel’s secret garden and Mount Píncio. Shades of yellow and green adorn the suite, providing a spacious and bright feeling in all living areas and in the bedroom.

The suite is decorated with modern pieces from renowned designers and features a sofa from the Meridiani, decorated with cushions from the Sophia collection, a Julian Chichester Garcon coffee table. These modern elements are mixed with elements inspired by the history of Rome as Roman bas-reliefs and an ancient Roman traditional statue. Further details of the new suite are available on the De Russie Hotel website.
