Freixenet launches in the national market its new sparkling “Italian Rosé”

Freixenet, one of the largest producers of Cavas in the world for more than a century, recently announced the arrival of yet another innovation in the national market. After innovating with the launch of the label Prosecco, the brand again decided to extend its expertise and its prestigious name globally to announce the launch of a new sparkling wine to its portfolio.

Produced from a combination of the best Glera and Pinot Noir grapes from the Veneto region of Italy, Freixenet Italian Rosé has a delicate red fruit aroma and elegant base of white flowers and apples. Already on the palate is light and refreshing, being considered a delicious choice for celebrations or even a dinner for two or with friends.

In its elaboration process, the whole bunches of grapes are gently pressed and the juice undergoes a slow fermentation to preserve the delicate aromas and freshness of the fruit. The second fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in pressurized stainless steel tanks. After a few weeks, the other natural sugars result in a fresh, fruity sparkling wine with a seductive character.
